About Naia Security

NAIA’s mission is to establish and provide high-level security services to embassies, international organizations, missions, NGOs, international business organizations, companies, and hotels, ensuring their safety and security while living and operating within Georgia.

NAIA Security Company was founded in 1995 in the Republic of Georgia with a mandate to provide security services to the international community, private clients, and non-governmental organizations. Since its inception, our primary focus has been on delivering high-level security services to our customers. With over 30 years of experience in the Georgian security market, NAIA Security has gained extensive knowledge and expertise in security methods and governmental regulations, complemented by an understanding of the commercial realities that shape our clients’ requirements. The EU Delegation has been our valued customer since March 11th, 1995, and continues to be so to this day.

In 2003, in response to changes in business legislation, our company underwent re-registration, and a new identification code was issued: 205001781.

In February 2009, the Parliament of Georgia passed the “Private Security Activities” law, and our company successfully obtained Private Security Activities License #00004.

Naia Ltd first obtained ISO 9001:2008 certification in 2016. Following the release of the updated ISO 9001:2015 standard, the company underwent recertification in March 2018, receiving Certificate No: QMS41973. ISO 9001:2015 certifications are typically valid for three years, and organizations are required to undergo surveillance audits annually to maintain their certification. Naia Ltd’s recertification in March 2021 aligns with this three-year cycle. The ISO 9001:2015 audits conducted in 2022 and 2023 were surveillance audits to ensure ongoing compliance with the standard. The company underwent its most recent recertification in March 2024, successfully obtaining ISO 9001:2015 certification (Certificate No: QMS41973).
